SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST:
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Willow & Pine Multi -family PDP — checklist
The following information is required to be submitted with all applications, unless waived by
staff. Any item waived must be dated and initialed by a planner with the City of Fort Collins
Communitv Development and Neiahborhood Services Department.
Submittal Check -in staff notes updated 3-30-2018:
1. In order to expedite your review, please review the applicable detailed submittal check -sheets and
Development Review Guide at: http://www.fcgov.com/developmentreview/applications.php

2. In addition to paper copies, a digital copy of materials is required with the initial application and
resubmittals at the time of check in. This can be submitted via CD or flash drive.
3. Item quantities listed as CD on the routing sheet can be submitted/routed on individual CD's or as
paper copies.
4. Please brina a coov of this check sheet. all submittal materials and the attached oroiect routina sheet at
the time of check -in. The City's Development Review Center is experiencing high volumes of
development review project submittals at this time. In order to maintain efficient project reviews and
provide accurate, timely responses to inquiries, please keep the following factors in in mind when you
plan your submittal:
Appointments are required for all submittals or resubmittals - call 970-416-2740 to
schedule. Only complete submittals are accepted.
Submittals received Monday morning through Wednesday noon will be routed the same
week. Submittals received after Wednesday noon will be routed the following week.
Due to the high volume of projects that may be received on a per week basis, please
schedule your appointment for Monday or Tuesday if possible.
5. Refer to Routing Sheet for specific document quantities.
