Thanks Ted. In the future I will be in touch with Pete Wray directly but for the time being will cc: you on my emails until
we decide that we can cease with that altogether (I would imagine that will happen in the very near future).
The greatest change to our plans is the relocation of the Main Park/Detention area (referred to as Pond West) to a
location further west. This was done primarily at the request of the Rennat's to lessen the impact of the drainage outfall
alignment on their property. Our general approach to the lotting, communal common areas and alley access plan was
not revised. Another substantial revision is related to drainage and our handling (capture and conveyance) of 'private'
storm drainage (alleys and communal areas) versus 'public' (dedicated public right-of-way) storm drainage.
I will await Pete's response to my previous email questions. Please note that we are, at a minimum 2-3 days out before I
will know of our exact desired date for our 2" d submittal.
With regards,

Good morning Steve, I had to hand off Thorell Park to my colleague, Pete Wray. At one point in the last few
weeks/months, I was the project planner assigned to 18 active projects as well as some policy items at the Council
level. A look over the horizon tells us that more development applications are on the way.
Pete is coming off a long-range planning effort related to our Old Town Neighborhoods and now has some ability to
absorb some of the current planning workload. Pete is familiar with the area as he was the project planner for the Fossil
Creek Reservoir Area Plan that was adopted in conjunction with Larimer County back in 1999 /2000.
I'll still be in the picture as sort of a "player -coach" but Pete will be handling the day-to-day as the project planner.
Looking forward to seeing the progress you've made.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks, Ted
