Re: Oasis on Olive Driveway Width Variance Request
Dear Jason,
This letter is in response to the variance request letter dated April 23, 2018 requesting a variance
to the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standard (LCUASS) minimum driveway width found
in Drawing 707.1.
The request to allow for an enter -only one-way driveway which is 12 feet wide is approved.
The granting of this variance is based on the information provided and the project and traffic
volumes associated with the project. If the development project changes, the City reserves the
right to re-evaluate the variance request and determine if approval is still appropriate.
This approval does not set a precedent or change the application of our design standards in any
