RE: PDP 170012 South College Storage (6020 S. College Avenue) — Type II
First Submittal
Dear Mr. Wray,
The Fort Collins — Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District have reviewed
the above mentioned project and submit the following comments.
Previous City comments indicate a residential portion of the project. The District has not
received a submittal with any residential for review.
The proposed water line connection is to an existing 6 inch water line. The connection is to be
made by removing the existing tee and installing a cross.
The District's current approval block is required on the face page.
