C/o Kimberly - Horn and Associates, Inc. 950 Seventeenth Street Suite 1050 Denver, Co. 80202 RE: Harmony Market P.U.D., First Filing — dba Sam's Club expansion- Fort Collins Dear Kevin; Please find enclosed a copy of the Access and Drainage easement as prepared by Western States Surveying regarding the Sam's Club Expansion. This document states it is an access and drainage easement which is not correct. The easement needs to be labeled as a utility and access easement, please have the document corrected to reflect this. In addition, I have enclosed a Deed of Dedication for Easement and the accompanying Attorney Certification to be signed by the owners and their legal counsel. Once the legal has been corrected and I have received the owner's deed of dedication with certification, please return the originals to me at: Dave Stringer C/o City of Fort Collins Engineering Department P.O. Box 580. Fort Collins, Co. 80521 The acceptance./vacation of these deeds can be processed administratively and it is my intent to have them before the planning Director in March.
