RE: Sam's Club Expansion
Dear Mr. Roberson and Mr. Kelts:
On Thursday, February 19, 2004, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 7 — 0 to approve Sam's Club
(Store 18-6633) Expansion, Major Amendment, #54-87AH. The Board requested
that the landscape plan be adjusted so that as many evergreen trees as possible
be planted along Boardwalk Drive to help screen the project from the Fairway
Estates Subdivision, located to the.west.
