RE: Response to Design Review Committee comments for:
Harmony Market P.U.D. Sam's Club Expansion — Major Amendment, Type 2
This letter confirms the completion of the revisions for the Fort Collins Sam's Club Expansion (Sheets 1-1.1-1-.1.2)
per the Staff Project Review dated 12/9/03. Specific responses to comments include:

9. Plant quantities and identification have been added to the drawing.

4. A color coded drawing had been included
5. The quantity of trees to be removed had been reevaluated.
6. Trees that are removed or lost while transplanting will be replace with minimum 3 inch caliper
deciduous canopy tree; 2-1/2" ornamental tree, or 8 foot evergreen tree.
