Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, November 20,
1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a
public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly
known as The Hamlet at Miramont PUD - Final, #54-87AF.
The applicant is requesting final approval of 100 multi -family housing units (eight 6-plexes and
thirteen 4-plexes), located at Boardwalk Drive and Highcastle Drive, south of Harmony Road on
11.68 acres. The property is zoned RP, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input
in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of
this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area,
plus others in the general area who may be interested based on current County Assessor's records.
