DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This proposal is for the turnkey construction (less the exclusions) for the landscape of Jerome Street Station. The landscape will be constructed
within the project limits according to the project plans and specifications. This bid is priced assuming that all rough grade work is done within one-
tenth of a foot from final grade as well as erosion control installed prior to our work starting.

Project Inclusions:
• Labor and Materials for the line items listed in our bid schedule.
Project Exclusions:
• Permits and fees
• Redistribution of topsoil
• Protection or maintenance of existing landscape and irrigation
• Irrigation tap and fees
• Maintenance after acceptance
• Erosion control
• All surveying will be GC’s responsibility
• Demolition of existing structures, vegetation, trees, landscaping, etc.
• Earthwork
• Irrigation
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices and project
specifications. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders and will become
an extra charge over and above the bid. All agreements are contingent upon weather, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire,
tornado, and other necessary insurance. It is the owner’s responsibility to care for and maintain the project once final completion is accepted. We
