Preliminary & Final P.U.D.
Dear Ted,
In reference to your July 11, 1995 staff comments, we offer the following responses:
1-4. O.K., these items will be addressed on the plat.
5. The transformer will be located on the south side of the property near the trash
enclosure. It will be screened on 3 sides with landscaping with an area left open
on one side for maintenance.
6. O.K., we will coordinate minimum separation requirements in this area.
7. O.K., we will coordinate landscaping with utilities.
8-9. O.K., these items will be added to the Landscape Plan.
10. O. K.
11. Bike rack locations have been indicated on the site plan.
12. A south elevation has been added to the Elevation sheet.
13. All building materials and colors will match Steele's Market.
14. Note number 3 has been changed.
15. The Kiosk in the parking lot is proposed to be used as a drive -up coffee/expresso
bar, or similar use. It is not expected to increase traffic counts or interfere with
proposed car or pedestrian movement.
16. Note number 10 has been changed.
