The proposed project is commonly known as Harmony Market PUD, 8th Filing, Outback Steakhouse - Preliminary and Final, #54-87AB. The applicant is requesting a 6,100 s.f. restaurant on 1.26 acres, located on the south side of Harmony Road east of Boardwalk Drive in the Harmony Market Shopping Center and zoned RP, Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
