Dear Ted,
In reference to your August 5, 1994 staff comments, we offer the following responses:
1. a. - j. These items are being corrected on the plat.
2. The transformer has been relocated to the east side of the building.

5. The buildings will be fully sprinklered.

8. The sidewalk, ramps and berms along Oakridge Drive have been adjusted.
9. O.K., this has been changed on the plans.
10. O.K., the developer and engineer are working on this item.
11-12. Due to the uncertainty of the Cottages Rule Drive/intersection design, the
developer wishes to end the paving for the Tennis Center parking lot drive
where indicated on the site plan. This allows for any future design
improvements in this area. The developer is currently working with Albrecht
Homes on this issue and fully intends to cooperate, but does not wish for
this to be contingent upon the approval process for the Tennis Center.

14. The note has been changed and we are attaching a lighting cut sheet.
15. Note number eight has been changed.

17. This has been corrected on the landscape plan.
18. We have added a berm in this location.
19. The developer agrees to use a light grey metal panel as opposed to a
white -colored panel to mitigate the bulk and scale of the north elevation.

20. The C.M.U. on the building's exterior will be a combination of split face,
ground face and smooth face block. The colors will be integrally -colored
gray.
21. The chainlink fence will be a vinyl -coated, colored fence, in a dark color.
In addition, windscreens will be implemented in a dark green color.
