The site is 1/3 of an acre and contains a home of approximately 3,600#’ (including finished basement) and attached four-car garage. It is located on the northeast corner of William Neal Parkway and Hackney Lane and is zoned LMN. The site is situated approximately .4 miles from both Drake Road and Zeigler Road. To accommodate the requirements for off-street parking for the owner and 3 rental persons, adequate spaces for four vehicles meeting Code requirements can be found in the garage and driveway. In addition to the four off-floor bike parking spaces already installed in the garage, upon approval of this Application, a bike rack adequate for parking four bikes will be bolted into a 10’ x 12’ space on the cement patio. The residence currently contains 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a ¾ bath, and a powder room. The ¾ bath is in the basement, which is a finished space with no designations as to room use, and approval for an additional bedroom in this space will be sought with Planning upon approval of Application.
