Centurylink QC, we have reviewed your request of the utility easement at W. Willox Ln, in between N.
Shields Street and N. College, 281 N. College Fort Collins Co. 80522 and We have determined that we
have no objections with respect to the area proposed.
It is the intent and understanding of Centurylink that this shall not reduce our rights to any other
existing easement or rights we have in this area or on this site.
This Vacation Approval response is submitted with the Stipulation that if Centurylink Facilities are
disturbed the applicant will relocate the facilities at Applicants expense and within the guidelines set by
Centurylink and all regulating entities.
