Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Ted; Cod o urban design, inc. 3555 stanford road, suite 105 fort collins, colorado 80525 (303) 226-4074 FAX (303) 226-4196 Attached are five prints of the Golden Corral at Harmony Market (7th Filing) Preliminary and Final PUD Plan, revised in response to Staff Comments. Specific responses include: 6.-8. Adjustments to the site plan on the east side of the proposed building have been made as requested by Staff. 9. The proposed color of the roo," been changed to a more unobtrusive dark grey. It is our understanding that both Lee's and Outback are interested in pursuing a deep tone green as an alternative accent olor at Harmony Market. The controlled use of one new color - to allow s' a eak in the monotony that could be created if all buildings in the center are limited entirely to reds and browns - would be a positive addition to Harmony Market; and the use of a compatible accent (trim) color on the Golden Corral building may be considered. Ten sets of prints, reductions, and color renderings will be submitted by August 15th. We appreciate your assistance in the planning of this project.
