Proposed ownership for Lots 2 and 3 will be the applicant 1311, N College, LLC. The
ownership of remaining Lot 1 shall be The City of Fort Collins.

Proposed Maintenance
Maintenance of the open space on Lots 2 and 3 open spaces shall be the applicant, and
once development occurs, the future owner shall take over the maintenance responsibility.
Lot 1 shall be the responsibility of the City of Fort Collins.
