Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
August 22, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Harmony Market PUD, 9th
Filing - Final, #54-87X.
The applicant is requesting a 2,700 s.f. convenience store, with gas pumps, and
one -bay accessory carwash on .86 acre, located south of Harmony Road and west of
Lemay Avenue, and zoned rp, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should.
