HomeMy WebLinkAboutHARMONY MARKET PUD, 9TH FILING - PRELIMINARY & FINAL - 54-87X - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGCOMMA Planning and Environmental &-ces Planning Department City of Fort Collins June 27, 1994 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, July, 6, 1994 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church, 4501 South Lemay Avenue*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Shur -Fast Conoco. The site is located just north of the Grease Monkey on the west side of Lemay Avenue, south of Harmony Road. The site is 1.5 acres in size (see map on reverse). As proposed, the request is for a 1,152 square foot convenience store, with gasoline sales, overhead canopy, and a one -bay automotive carwash. The applicant is the TYCO Oil Company. The site is part of the Harmony Market Shopping Center. The commercial -retail center was exempted from the Harmony Corridor Moratorium Area by the City Council. Harmony Market Shopping Center, therefore, is not subject to the temporary suspension of the processing of applications for commercial and retail planned unit development within the Harmony Corridor. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
