A Strip of land located over and across Lot 1, Block 1, Heart of the Rockies Second Subdivision in the
Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City
of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, as depicted on plat recorded June 11, 1999, under
Reception No. 99051465 in the Records of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder's Office and being
more particularly described as follows:
Considering the East Line of said Lot 1 as bearing North 01°32'20” East and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto:
COMMENCING at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 1; thence along said East Line North 01°32'20”
