Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
August 22, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Harmony Market PUD,
7th Filing, Golden Corral - Preliminary and Final, #54-87X and Bank One PUD -
Preliminary and Final, #54-87W.
Golden Corral is requesting a 10,600 s.f. restaurant facility on 1.49 acres
located west of Lemay Avenue on Harmony Road and zoned rp, Planned Residential.
Bank One is requesting a 3,600 s.f. bank facility and 12,000 s.f. of
retail/office building on 2.14 acres located at the southwest corner of Harmony
Road and Boardwalk Drive, zoned RP, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the.,
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should
have questions or require further information about this item, please feel free
