Attached are five prints of the Bank One Preliminary and Final PUD Plan, revised in
response to Staff Comments. Specific responses include:
1 .- 3. Meline & Irelan, the project engineers, are making the requested plat
amendments, and responding to Storm Drainage concerns.
4. The bank building does not exceed 5,000 sq. ft. in area.
10. We have discussed the walkway location with Pastor Stephens of the Front
Range Baptist Church, and provided him with copies of our plans.
13. The signage noted above the drive-thru lanes is only a small sign that informs
customers of the availability of an ATM at that location. The building elevation
as originally submitted may have implied a much larger sign than is proposed.
14. As we discussed, a note has been added to the elevations sheet indicating that
an administrative change to the Phase Two building will be submitted when
final architectural plans have been completed. It is understood that, if Staff
does not consider the elevations presented at that time to be consistent with
the PUD, the issue may be referred to P&Z.
Ten sets of prints, reductions, and color renderings will be submitted by July 18th.
We appreciate your assistance in the planning of this project. Please call if you need
further information regarding the Bank One PUD.
