Dear Resident:
On Thursday, May 26, 1994 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Evangelical Covenant Church,
4825 South Lemay Avenue*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will
conduct a neighborhood information meeting to discuss further development within
the harmony Market Shopping Center. The projects are summarized as follows:
1. Bank One and Retail/Office
These two uses are proposed at the southwest corner of harmony Road and Boardwalk
Drive.. The Bank would measure 3,600 square feet and feature drive-thru windows.
The Retail/Office building would measure 12,000 square feet and be located on the
south end of the parcel.
2. Golden Corral Standard Restaurant
This building would be located east of the right-in/right-out access drive on
Harmony Road. The size of the building is 10,000 square feet.
3. Outback Steakhouse
This building would be located west of the right-in/right-out access drive on
Harmony Road. The size of the building is 6,100 square feet.
(Both restaurants are defined as "standard" meaning there are no drive-thru or
fast food facilities)
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are
welcome.
