Attached are five sets of prints of the Oak Hill Apartments Final PUD plans, revised in
response to Staff Comments. The building types and site plan components proposed here are
very similar to those used at Pinecone Apartments; and in many cases we expect that Staff
comments will be resolved in the same manner as at Pinecone. Responses to specific
comments include:
3. Final Plats were submitted to the City with the rest of the Final PUD package on May
2nd. We have no idea why Planning did not provide the Zoning Department with a
copy of the plat. The fact that the prints of the plat were stamped "Preliminary: not
for construction" does not mean that the document is a Preliminary Plat.
1 1 . Automatic garage door openers are to be provided with each garage parking space.
12. The sidewalk requested near Building H has been added as requested. The additional
sidewalk suggested near Building C is not necessary.
Ten sets of prints, reductions, and color renderings will be submitted by June 20th.
