Dear Mr. Nye:
The Fort Collins Red Robin site is located at the southeast corner
of Harmony Road and Boardwalk Drive in the Harmony.Market P.U.D.
The Zoning on this property is R-P, Planned Residential. This zone
district allows:
"Any land use located on a Planned Unit Development plan as
defined, processed, and approved according to Section 29-526.11
For your reference, Section 29-526 is also known as the Land
Development Guidance Svstem.
The Harmony Market P.U.D. is a retail -commercial shopping center
approved as an overall Preliminary P.U.D. in 1989. A standard
restaurant would be allowed on the subject site if approved as a
Final Planned Unit Development as per Section 29-526.
There are no known zoning violations existing on the above
mentioned property.
