Re: Red Robin Restaurant
Harmony Market
Harmony Road & Boardwalk
Dear Ted
Attached herewith are the revised Sheets 1 through 4 of 4 for the above
referenced project. We have incorporated your comments in the resubmitted
plans.
RESPONSE TO STAFF COMMENTS
1) The neon tubing has' been eliminated from the parking lot light poles.
2) The neon tubing has been eliminated from the tallest parapets above the
main Red Robin signage. We are still showing the neon at the top of the
pilaster caps. We did investigate your suggestion of placing the neon on
only the southwest and southeast facades of the building, but this
created the visual affect of having the building be unbalanced. Once
again Ted, the neon that we propose using is not a "bare bulb"
application. It is not a glare source, simply an accent. We have
eliminated the highest and longest runs of neon at your suggestions. We
feel that this is good compromise to create a win -win situation.
