SUBJECT: Builders Square proposed building addition

Harmony Market PUD
The original construction drawings for the Builders Square building
submitted for building permit in 1990 state that the allowable area
for the building is unlimited in accordance with Uniform Building
Code Section 506(b). This Section of the code requires the
building be entirely surrounded and adjoined by public ways or
yards not less than 60 feet in width. The Builders Square building
has only a 10 foot yard on the west and distance to existing
property line of 24.5 feet on the east. This discrepancy needs to
be addressed prior to approval of the replat of this lot.
