Verizon is a leading provider of wireless communications. To improve wireless service along Lady Moon
Drive in Ft. Collins Verizon is proposing to install a new wireless facility located at 3528 Precision Drive.
Verizon through its agent Powder River Development Company and with the full cooperation of the
property owner (3528 Precision – FC LLC), are proposing to construct a new wall mounted wireless
communications facility. The proposed facility consists of:
• (9) NEW VERIZON WIRELESS ANTENNA IN (3) NEW ANTENNA SCREENS MOUNTED TO WALL
• NEW VERIZON WIRELESS EQUIPMENT MOUNTED TO NEW H-FRAMES WITHIN SCREENS ON EXISTING
ROOF
• NEW OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT CABINETS ON ROOF WITHIN SCREENED ENCLOSURE
• NEW ELECTRICAL AND FIBER SERVICE ROUTED UNDERGROUND & THRU BUILDING
The antennas will be screened with RF transparent material and painted to match the exterior of the
building. Please refer to the enclosed Photo Sims. The installation of the antennas on the exterior of the
building is necessary to ensure the site meet’s Verizon’s service objectives. The installation has been
carefully sited and designed to blend in as much as possible and minimize impacts to the surrounding
properties. The proposed installation has been reviewed and approved by the Harmony Technology Park
Design Review Committee. Additional color samples have been provided. Please refer to the enclosed
material photo. To house related equipment Verizon will install a new 2-bay equipment cabinet on the
roof of the building adjacent to the existing mechanical enclosure. The cabinets will not be visible from
the ground. No additional ground equipment is necessary. Utilities will be placed underground within a
new utility easement. Access signage has been added at the request of the Fire Authority. Please refer
to the attached Site Plans.
The facility is unmanned and does not require water or sewer service. Once operational, the facility will
be maintained with regular visits once or twice per month by a Verizon technician. No additional traffic
will be generated due to the facility and no improvements to the ROW are proposed.
The new facility is in full compliance with City of Fort Collins Land Use Code
