Know all men by these presents; that the undersigned being owners of the following described
land have decided to amend the easterly boundary of and parts of some easement contained
within Lot 1, Harmony Market P.U.D. Second Filing;
A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 6 North Range 69
West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado being more

Filing as recorded in Larimer County records; thence along said easterly boundary the

68.74 feet to a point of curve; thence along said curve to the left, having a central angle of

distance of 98.79 feet, 99.08 feet; thence S90000'00"E, 165.44 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 12.018 acres more or less and is subject to all easements rights -of -way
and restrictions now on record or existing EXCEPT those easements shown on Harmony
Market P.U.D., Second Filing vacated by this plat and the following described parcels. Said
parcels are hereby vacated.
