Said parcel contains 12.018 acres more or less and is subject to all easements rights -of -way and restrictions now on record or existing EXCEPT those easements shown on Harmony Market P.U.D., Second Filing vacated by this plat and the following described parcels. Said parcels are hereby vacated.
