Dear Resident,
On Tuesday May 24, 1994, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director of Planning
will hold an administrative review hearing to consider a minor
subdivision proposal in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Harmony Market PUD 5th Filing Minor
Subdivision, Case #54-87R. The request is for a two lot
subdivision of approximately 0.967 acres to create two legal lots
for existing auto related uses. The property is located at the
northwest corner of South Lemay Avenue and Oakridge Drive.
This request is for the creation of two legal subdivided lots only
and is not for review of construction proposals.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644 of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportunity
to attend.
