This comment may be addressed at time of building permit. Code language

10/31/2016: Repeat comment. Colors have been added in the General System
Notes, but others are still TBD in the Keynote Text.
08/29/2016: All TBD for colors should be edited with colors when chosen. Colors

10/31/2016: Please add scientific names to the native seed mix in note 1. Edit
numbering for seed mix notes to remove repeated #1. In note 3, please correct the
small typo - "Colorado state noxious weeks" should be "Colorado state noxious
weeds."

10/28/2016: Repeat comment. Drain time compliance was not seen in the
drainage report.
08/31/2016: Please provide evidence that the detention basin is in compliance with
drain times per Colorado Revised Statute 37-92-602(8). More information on this
statute is available at hftp://tinyurl.com/RevisedStatuteMemo, and a spreadsheet to
show compliance is available for download at
http://tinyurl.com/ComplianceSpreadsheet. Please contact Dan Mogen at
(970)224-6192 or dmogen@fcgov.com with any questions about this requirement or
for assistance with the spreadsheet.

10/28/2016: Repeat comment. It does not appear the easement for Subbasin 2.0
covers the 100-year water surface elevation as shown on the plans; it appears the
just the blue area on the drainage plan is covered, and I am unsure what is depicted
by the blue area.
08/31/2016: Please clarify the easement extents for the two detention basins as
there seems to be discrepancy between the site plan and utility plans. While basin
1.0 seems to be covered on the utility plans, it does not appear to be on the site
plan. Basin 2.0 does not appear to be covered by an easement on the western end.
Comment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 08/31/2016
10/28/2016: Please see redlines.
08/31/2016: More understanding of Basin 2.0 is needed. While it is clear that this
will be combined with existing basin for Lot 19, clarification is needed for the outlet
structure modifications as well as how the water quality capture volumes are being
combined.

10/28/2016: Repeat comment. Please see redlines.
08/31/2016: Additional details are needed for the proposed rain gardens. Please
show the underdrains on the plans and detail the connection to the drywells. Are the
drywells proposed to be open at the surface? It was understood that the drywells
would be capped and the underdrains would be the only tie-in to the drywells.

10/28/2016: Please note that all City of Fort Collins Utility Customers are subject to
City Code requirements for wastewater. These requirements include Section
26-306 Wastewater Discharge Permit Requirements and Section 26-332 Prohibitive
Discharge Standards. A permit may be required depending on activities on the site;
however, discharge standards apply to every customer, both large and small,
regardless of what activities take place on the site. Please contact Industrial
Pretreatment, (970)221-6900, to discuss these requirements and how they apply to
