Project Title: Subdivision of 2814 S. Taft Hill for Sale of Vacant Land
Past Meeting Dates: Conceptual Design Review (CDR) - 01/12/2023
General Information: The proposed project involves the subdivision of a property
located at 2814 S. Taft Hill, Parcel # 9727205005, in Fort Collins, Colorado. The
property is currently separated by Fisch Ave, a right of way owned by the City of Fort
Collins, with the residence located north of Fisch Ave and the vacant land located south
of Fisch Ave. The proposed subdivision will separate the two parcels to allow for the
sale of the vacant land due to health reasons. The overall size of the development is
6.296 acres, with the proposed subdivision resulting in a 1.247-acre residential parcel
and a 5.049-acre residential parcel. The existing zoning for the property is LMN, and no
modifications to the Land Use Code are proposed.
Proposed Owners: The proposed owners of the residential parcel will be Paulette
Haley & Patricia Jackson, the current owner of the entire property.
Existing Owners: The only existing owners of the property within the boundaries of the
development plan area is Paulette Haley & Patricia Jackson.
