from the approved plan. Staff can not tell for sure what has changed. For example, I thought we discussed removing the interior parking, and increasing the numberof beds. I see slightly
different numbers on the site plan but those don't matchmy recollection of conversations.Department: Engineering Development ReviewContact: Marc Virata, 9702216567, mvirata@fcgov.comTopic:
GeneralComment Number: 3 04/07/2023: for approval:This comment is carried over with the same premise of not necessarily seeingany concerns with the submittal that would impact
Engineering. That said, therewas overall conversation with trying to understand and document any changesinterior to the building program (change in # of units, finished square footage,
parking spaces) as these may have impacts elsewhere such as explaining whyan additional transformer is added, whether a traffic study update might bewarranted by Traffic Operations,
updating the building permit application, etc. Please coordinate with Clark on the level of information. 01/03/2023: for approval:The submitted drawings with the submittal (elevations,
fire access, photometric, and site & landscape) don't necessarily have concerns, but the entire entitlement set should be resubmitted (plat, civils, etc.) to verify everything's been
coordinated with the changes.Comment Number: 4 04/07/2023: for information:The development agreement draft is being worked on between Engineeringand the City Attorney's Office
with the DA information sheet that was providedand an updated draft should go out early next week. Additional follow up willoccur with the development agreement draft correspondence,
but for now we're noting that we're at least requiring statements of authority on the entities for review and that several of the entities listed will need to register with the State
of Colorado. Typically we would expect separate persons to attest, but would look to potentially understand this more with the statements of authority. Again, this comment may be updated
with the development agreement draft that would goout next week.01/03/2023: for approval:Please provide information on any change on intention behind who is the owner/developer at time
of recording of the plans for verification that the manner the plat, site, and D.A. ownership/developer signatures are still correct.Department: Traffic OperationContact: Steve Gilchrist,

of units within this site. Please provide specific details and an update to the anticipated trip generation for this site with the changes. This will be reviewed and then amended
to the previously approvedTransportation Impact Study.Department: Stormwater EngineeringContact: Dan Mogen, 9703055989, dmogen@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 6

INFORMATION:Starting January 1, 2022 all nonresidential and multifamily developments will be required to have a separate irrigation tap, provide a preliminary irrigation planat FDP,
and meet updated water supply requirements. In general, developments that use less water will pay less (e.g., offices or retail spaces), while developments that use more water will pay
more (e.g., restaurants or hotels). Staff encourages developments to take these upcoming requirementsinto consideration now. Specific information can be found at fcgov.com/wsrupdate.Department:

PRIOR TO APPROVAL:In conversations with your electrical engineer, it sounds as though the electric needs for this site have changed from what was originally proposed. I see on your
latest utility plan that an additional transformer has been proposed. I needto see a oneline diagram and C1 form prior to this FDP approval. The second transformer may be necessary,
but it may not be the best solution.Department: Environmental PlanningContact: Scott Benton, (970)4164290, sbenton@fcgov.comTopic: GeneralComment Number: 1 04/04/2023:
