HomeMy WebLinkAboutOAK HILL APARTMENTS PUD - PRELIMINARY - 54-87L - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGand Environmental Wices Planning Department December 29, 1993 Dear Resident: On Monday, January 10, 1994, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at Evangelical Covenant Church, 4825 South Lemay Avenue, the City of Fort Collins will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss the latest changes in the Miramont Planned unit Development. There are three proposed projects within Miramont that will be discussed at the neighborhood meeting. First, on Tract V of the Oak -Cottonwood Farm Overall Development Plan, at the southwest corner of Boardwalk Drive and Oak Ridge Drive, the proposed development is for an office park on 5 acres. As proposed, the office park would consist of multiple buildings that could range in size from 1,200 to 10,000 square feet. Total square footage is estimated at 52,200 square feet. An option to be discussed is placing residential units above the first floor office. Second, on Tract Q of the Oak -Cottonwood Farm P.U.D., at the southeast corner of Boardwalk Drive and Oak Ridge, the proposed development is for multi -family apartments on 14.43 acres. As proposed, the request consists of 210 dwelling units divided among 14, three-story buildings. Third, on Tracts B, C, D, J, and K of the Oak -Cottonwood Farm P.U.D., the proposed development consists of 246 single family lots on 82 acres. This area is south of Mail Creek Ditch between Werner School and Lemay Avenue. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
