Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, July 20, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference
Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider a Minor
Subdivision request known as Miramont Entry Subdivision, #54-87K.
The request is to create a one -lot subdivision, totalling 10,952 square feet,
located at the northwest corner of South Lemay Avenue and Boardwalk/Keenland
Drive. The purpose of the one -lot subdivision is to create a legal lot to
satisfy the legal requirements of the Zoning Code for the placement of a
residential project identification sign.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
