Attached are five sets of prints of the Plans for Upper Meadow at Miramont First Filing,
revised in response to Staff Comments. As you suggested, we have modified our plans to
meet the PUD requirements of the LDGS, although originally submitted as a standard
subdivision. Responses to some Staff comments, that may need clarification beyond the
information on the plans include:
8. The landscape plan is intended to be consistent with the approved preliminary,
but has been modified to work with the latest utility information.
11. Paved pathways are not included in the plans for the greenbelt areas at the
Upper Meadow at Miramont.
13. Plans for the open space areas along the Mail Creek Ditch have been
coordinated with the ditch company's representative.
Ten sets of prints, reductions, and color renderings will be submitted by July 20th; and
final signed documents should be submitted by July 23rd, as requested.
Sincerely,
