Dear Eldon:,. On Monday, June 29, 1992, at the continued meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted five to zero to approve the Upper Meadows at Miramont Preliminary P.U.D. The approval was granted a variance allowing relief from the absolute requirement that the average residential density, on a gross acreage basis, be a minimum of three dwelling units per acre. The approval was. granted a variance from the strict requirement that 65% of the residential building lots be oriented within 30 degrees of a true east -west line.
