10.THE NATURAL HABITAT BUFFER ZONE IS INTENDED TO BE MAINTAINED IN A NATIVE
LANDSCAPE. PLEASE SEE SECTION 3.4.1 OF THE LAND USE CODE FOR ALLOWABLE
USES WITHIN THE NATURAL HABITAT BUFFER ZONE.
11.APPLICANT AND STAFF ARE CURRENTLY WORKING TO DETERMINE AN IMPROVEMENT
OF THE EXISTING SEWER LINE THAT WOULD HAVE LESS IMPACT ON EXISTING
FACILITIES INCLUDING OPTIONS THAT WOULD REDUCE THE TOTAL LENGTH OF THE
NEW 8” PVC PIPE. ONCE AN ALTERNATIVE AGREEABLE BY BOTH CITY AND OWNER IS
