We understand the implications of such an action and affirm that the vacation of this right-of-way will not hinder access or usage by any existing utilities or cause any adverse effects on the surrounding properties. We understand request is at the discretion of the governing authorities. The vacated right-of-way will be used in a manner consistent with the existing use but will be privately owned and maintained. We respectfully request that the vacation of this right-of-way be granted to allow the development of the subject property with reduced encumbrances.
