CONSERVATION CODE
1. ALL LIGHTING CONTROLS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION C405.2 OF THE 2018 IECC.
2. AS REQUIRED BY SECTION C405 ALL LIGHTING SYSTEMS SHALL BE
COMMISSIONED IN AND COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION C408. THE
COMMISSIONING OF THE LIGHTING CONTROLS SHALL FOLLOW THE
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND BE PERFORMED BY AN APPROVED THIRD
PARTY AGENCY.
3. OCCUPANCY SENSORS SHALL BE TESTED TO VERIFY THEY DETECT OCCUPANTS
AND CONTROL THE LIGHTS INDICATED ON THE PLANS.
4. AS REQUIRED BY SECTION C408.3.2 THE COMMISSIONING DOCUMENTS
DESCRIBED IN SECTION C408 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE OWNER WITHIN 90
DAYS OF THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
