The approval was approved subject to the condition that the development agreement, final utility plans, and final P.U.D. be executed by the developer prior to the second monthly meeting (January 25, 1992) of the Planning and Zoning Board. If not executed, the developer may apply for an extension. This completes the public approval process for this item. As you know, Phase One (Temporary Building) was approved by the. Planning and Zoning Board on October 19, 1992. If you have any questions regarding the actions by the Planning and Zoning Board, please do not hesitate to call our office.
