RE: 1ST Bank at Harmony Market - Permanent Building
Dear Eldon:
On November 16, 1992 , the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning
Board unanimously approved Phase Two (Permanent Building) of 1ST
Bank at Harmony Market, Fourth Filing, Final P.U.D. The approval
was approved subject to the condition that the development
agreement, final utility plans, and final P.U.D. be executed by the
developer prior to the second monthly meeting (January 25, 1992) of
the Planning and Zoning Board. If not executed, the developer may
apply for an extension.
This completes the public approval process for this item. As you
know, Phase One (Temporary Building) was approved by the. Planning
and Zoning Board on October 19, 1992.
