RE: 1ST Bank at Harmony Market Preliminary and Final P.U.D. , Fourth
Filing
Dear Eldon:
On Monday, October 19, 1992, at the regular. meeting of the City of
Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Planning and Zoning
Board took the following actions in reference to 1ST Bank at
Harmony Market Preliminary and Final P.U.D. , Fourth Filing:
1. Approved 1ST Bank at Harmony Market P.U.D. , Preliminary
and Final for the temporary modular structure only.
2 . Approved 1ST Bank at Harmony Market P.U.D. , Preliminary
for the permanent building.
3. The Board recommended, at the time of Final P.U.D.
for the permanent building, that the architectural
elevations for the permanent building be revised to
integrate the elements established within Harmony Market
P.U.D. Such elements are to be included as part of the
architectural elevations which should be of sufficient
detail to determine architectural character and submitted
in a timely manner for review by the Planning and Zoning
Board.
4. The Preliminary and Final approval for the temporary
modular building is conditioned upon its removal under
the terms established by the "Modular Building Note" on
the P.U.D. Site Plan, sheet one of five.
5. ' The Preliminary and Final approval for the temporary
modular building is further conditioned upon the
development agreement, final utility plans, and final
P.U.D. being executed by the developer prior to the
second monthly meeting (December 17, 1992) of the
Planning and Zoning Board. If not executed, the
developer may apply for an extension.
