Dear Eldon:
On Monday, June 29, 1992, at the continued meeting of the City of
Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted five to
zero to approve the- Oak - Cottonwood Farm Amended Overall
Development with the following exception:
The request to convert 2 .9 acres on Parcel S from
Retail/Office to Auto Related and Roadside Commercial is
denied. Parcel S is to remain designated as Retail/Office.
If you have any -questions regarding this action by the Planning and
Zoning Board, please feel free to call the Planning Department.
Both audio and audio/visual tapes of the meeting are available for
your review if you so desire.
