Dear Mr . Shepard :
Since we cannot attend the public hearing on June 22 for the
Oak / Cottonwood Development Plan No 54-87 G , we would like
to send our written comments .
The plan seems well conceived , however we would like to
suggest that Parcel N be zoned for Medium Density Residential
-- Patio Homes , rather than for Multi-Family and/or Business
Services . It seems to us that since the large parcel Q is
being designated as Multi-Family / Business Services that
this need is being met . We feel that medium density Patio
Homes adjoining the park and across the street from Patio
Homes and single family homes in Oakridge Village would be a
better designation , and more in keeping with the spirit of
the neighborhood .
The "storm drainage" area seems to be a good plan , given the
water problem in the area . We hope , and assume , that this
will be attractively developed .
