Revise Item #1 Action being appealed to state the following:
A portion of Condition #3 of the Planning and Zoning Board approval of the
Administrative change to Nash Finch/Steeles Market at Harmony Market, Filing Three,
Final P.U.D., #54-87E. This portion is that which states "The three signs on the lower
fascia be lowered off the fascia".
