HomeMy WebLinkAboutSTEELE'S MARKET AT HARMONY MARKET PUD, 3RD FILING - FINAL - 54-87E - CORRESPONDENCE - RESPONSE TO APPLICANT (4) Developriit Services Planning Department City of Fort Collins November 6, 1991 Mr. Greg Fisher The Neenan Company 2290 East Prospect Road Fort Collins, CO. 80525 RE: Appeal to City Council of Signage at Steele's Market Dear Greg: At the November 5, 1991 regular meeting of the Fort Collins City Council, the Council voted 5 - 0 to overturn the decision of Planning and Zoning Board (September 23, 1991) pertaining to a portion of condition number three. This portion of condition number three relates to the location of the three subordinate signs. Based on Council 's action, the three signs, "MAIL BOXES, ETC. ", "TRAVEL", and "CLEANERS", may now be placed on the north elevation as originally proposed in the Administrative Change request dated August 30, 1991. Notification of Council 's action will be forwarded to Mr. Peter Barnes, Zoning Administrator, for the purpose of review of the sign permit application. It is our hope to continue to work with The Neenan Company, Steele's Market, and the other tenants on a cooperative basis should the need arise for future minor changes to the P.U.D.
