Dear Greg:
As we have recently discussed, Steele's Market at Harmony Market
would like to add wall signage to the north elevation in excess of
what was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board. This request
should be handled as an administrative change to the P.U.D. that
will be referred to the Planning and Zoning Board.
As an administrative change, the fee will be $5. 00. The request
should include a written narrative as well as drawings specifying
height, length, and source of illumination. We will need three
sets of plans for review and comment, and 10 sets for the P & Z
Board after the comment period. Our experience is that the sign
contractor's drawings that are submitted for sign permit work very
well.
In addition, for the P & Z hearing, a colored rendering, or slides
of existing stores accurately depicting the proposed signage should
be submitted. The deadline for the narrative and three sets of
prints is Wednesday, June 12, 1991. The deadline for renderings
or slides and 10 sets of prints is Monday, June 17, 1991.
If these deadlines cannot be met, then it is advised that the July
22, 1991 P & Z hearing would be more appropriate. If you have any
