Dear Greg:
The Planning Department would like to make some additional comments on the
Steele's Market at Harmony Market P.U.D. I realize these comments come a
later than normal time but, hopefully, you will find them minor in nature.
1. Please add the following note to the P.U.D. site plan:
"Outside storage along the rear of the building (southern elevation) shall not be
visible from the public right-of-way or any adjoining property."
2. In order to address building security lighting, please indicate on the
architectural elevations the location of the exterior wall-mounted security lights.
In addition, please add the following note to the P.U.D. site plan:
"Building mounted security lighting shall be down directional with sharp
cut-off of glare and spillage."
3. If the project identification sign is to be moved closer to the intersection
of Harmony Road and Lemay Avenue, please verify with the drainage and
grading plan since this area is a low point.
