The development proposal is a grocery store at the Harmony Market P.U.D. The store would be approximately 50,000 square feet and located east of the existing Pace Warehouse and the proposed Builders Square. The grocery store represents the third of three anchor tenants and would be considered the third filing of the P.U.D. The tenant would be Steeles Market. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
