Members of Planning and Zoning Board,
I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the Board on the
professionalism and business discretion that you all displayed this past
Monday night.
First of all, I appreciate the vote of confidence displayed in our Development
Team by allowing us the opportunity to work directly with staff in improving
the visual and structural aspects of the "chain link" fence. I am confident
that we will arrive at a solution that will embellish this area to everyone's
satisfaction. We recognize the challenge and are confident in our ability to
respond.
Secondly, your ability to see through the "deed restriction fiasco" and
separate it from the business at hand of Builders Square showed me a lot of
professionalism and I was impressed with your actions and reactions.
To often only complaints are leveled at Planning and Zoning; I wanted to be
able to hand out a compliment on what I felt was a job well done:
