Bolt 4521 Seaway Circle Fort Collins, CO. 80525 Dear Mr. Bolt: Thank you for your letter regarding Builders Square at Harmony Market P.U.D. This letter will be handed to the Planning and Zoning Board at their worksession on Friday, July 20, 1990,. and be made part of the public record. As you know, the formal public hearing will be held on Monday evening, July 23, 1990, 6:30 p.m. in the City Council chambers, 300 Laporte Avenue. You have the opportunity for public input at that time also. For your information, you will soon receive another letter from our office announcing a neighborhood information meeting for a proposed grocery store at the Harmony Market P.U.D. It is anticipated that the store will be approximately 50,000 square feet and will be located east of Pace Warehouse and east of the proposed Builders Square. We have been told by the developer (Fiest-Meager and Company) that the proposed grocery tenant is Steele's Market. Neighborhood meetings are an excellent way to learn about upcoming projects and engage in a dialogue with the developer, potential tenants, and City representatives. The overall Harmony Market Preliminary P.U.D. contains 50 acres and is approved for 332,550 square feet of commercial, retail, and office uses. The center is planned to offer three major anchors with support retail. The 50 acre Preliminary P.U.D. was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board in April of 1989, and the City Council in June of 1989. Pace Warehouse represents the first phase to reach final status. Builders Square is the second applicant to request final approval. The grocery store would be the third filing. There are no immediate plans for a fourth filing. If you have any questions regarding the status of Harmony Market P.U.D., or the 271 acre Oak-Cottonwood Farm of which it is a part, please do not hesitate to call me at 221-6750. You have opportunity for input into the planning process at any of the formal hearings, informal neighborhood meetings, by written correspondence, or by visiting our offices. We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are located at 281 North College Avenue at the corner of College and Maple.
